Day 27 #The100DayProject

Day 27 Oct 6, 2016

Spending quality time at Ghibli Museum (三鷹の森ジブリ美術館).

As I mention before, we love to spend time on our trip. You can find lots of interesting stuff that weren’t on internet. You can only discover in here. This is like heritage protection. Open work studio for everyone, so we know master Miyazaki Hayao did not work alone. He has a team helping him to work on those amazing stories and showing all these reference book they used. There are uncountable pencils in several baskets. Many FIG drafts on the wall and you can tell it’s a lot of work to do a comic book.

We were so hungry on the middle of tour, lucky we found restaurant inside the Ghibli Museum. We were so happy to know there is a restaurant and it was open. Saw lots of people were waiting outside of restaurant. Unfortunately, reservation told us at lease 2 hours wait then you can get a table. We already starving, haven’t eaten anything since morning. So we found a fast food window to order a hot dog and a soup which will provide us enough energy to us finish the tour. As you can see in the pictures we were sitting outside which was very cold. Ann need some hot soup to stayed in this environment. It’s funny our soup tasted like Chinese Borscht Soup (羅宋湯). I remember Camby can cook Chinese Borscht Soup, but he always put too much water.

Ann said let’s write some post card to our friends. Young lady name Pen who work in my shop will be so happy to get one. You can write something to her. She will be impressive. I can write to Qin (another colleague). Qin never visited other countries. I said ya why not, they are so nice and care for you. We should write them a post card. I remember Qin like sweets more than anything else right? Ann: … yes ! Okay, I will buy her some sweets too.
