Homemade spaghetti and Japan style spicy pipis in wine and butter. 

We always buy the spaghetti sauce in the shop. Never make it on our own. Ann wants me to try to make spaghetti sauce which is more healthier according to her. I am a fan of buying spaghetti sauce is a lot easier to do the cooking. But every thing has a first time which we had our own new receipt.

Kenny’s homemade spaghetti.

Ingredients (Serves 2 large size)
– 2 teaspoons olive oil, 1 chopped onion and 5 chopped cloves garlic, 
– add 200g pork mince, mushrooms, salt and pepper season, cook for 10 mins
– 1 cans peeled ground tomatoes in paste, 1 cans Italian-style tomato paste
– cook for another 20 mins midden hit 
– add capsicum and spaghetti cook another 5 mins, done 
– olives and spring onion on the top (personal preference)

I told Ann we should make something else for dinner. Otherwise, if we didn’t make it good on spaghetti we still have something good to eat. I propose to make what I am good at which I learned from one of most famous and popular Japanese drama. Midnight Diner is talking the issues about normal people will have and the restaurant owner cook the food they want to eat to confer them.

Most of the dishes were easy to make and delicious. I picked one which I like it the most and here is the recipe to share with you guy.

Midnight Diner spicy pipis in wine and butter

Ingredients (Serves 2 very large size)
– 2 teaspoons olive oil add 5 chopped cloves garlic and some chili (depends), half kg pipi shells
– add 100ml rice wine and steam til all the shells are open
– put enough butter, some soy sauce and chopped spring onion 
– cook for another 3 mins midden hit and done
